We have audited the accompanying statements of assets and fund balance of Economic Association of Indonesia and India ( the “Association” ) as of December 31, 2006, the related statement of cash receipts and disbursements, and statement of cash flows for the years then ended which are expressed in Indonesian Rupiah. These financial statements are the responsibility of the management of the Association. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audits. The financial statements for the year 2005 have been audited by other independent auditor with clean opinion according to its report No. 780306 dated March 21, 2006.
